Silver Lining put together a program that led us though the myriad details of voice plans, network services and spending. They consolidated and pooled plans, identified optimization opportunities and negotiated significantly better rates and discounts. The project was planned and executed over a few months. Our savings totaled almost 40% of our annual spend. Silver Lining’s payment structure was based on a % of the total savings. The project was a great win for us in that we initially identified savings, but more importantly we now have a plan in place to manage our communications activities at a national level.
