  • Detailed and targeted vendor feedback
  • Optimization recommendations including use of our exclusive Wireless Tax Optimizer tool
  • Final contract negotiations

The free pre-engagement benchmarking analysis is a key step in identifying sourcing opportunities and helps to determine optimal strategies for obtaining maximum savings results and for improving contractual terms and conditions. 

Remember, since most of our projects are done on a contingency basis, we have absolutely zero interest in exaggerating the results of our Assessment/Benchmarking analysis.
