They consolidated and pooled plans, identified optimization opportunities and negotiated significantly better rates and discounts. The project was planned and executed over a few months. Our savings totaled almost 40% of our annual spend. Silver Lining’s payment structure was based on a % of the total savings. The project was a great win for us in that we initially identified savings, but more importantly we now have a plan in place to manage our communications activities at a national level.
